Mr. Munish Sharma, Director: Prior to CO-founding VSM Venture Control Systems Pvt. Ltd., Munish started his career at Larsen & Toubro (L&T) at the Control & Automation Division where he worked for ten years. He was part of the Commissioning Group for three years and seven years in the Sales Group. After L&T, Munish was briefly with Measurex and then he joined Control Techniques and opened their Delhi office. Munish then worked at Allen Bradley as Manager for Drive Systems Sales and Application. Munish is a B.Tech. (Hons.) from the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Kharagpur.
Mr. Sandeep Bhat, Director: Sandeep began his professional career with Gemco in 1993. While there, Sandeep was responsible for Design, Manufacturing & Supervision of erection and commissioning of projects in applications that ranged from Wire Industry, Paper, Process Lines, Rolling Mills Hot & Cold. From 1995, Sandeep worked at Allen Bradley where he was Team leader for projects and was responsible for commissioning several large projects. Sandeep has done his B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from Gulbarga University in 1993.

Calibration electronics for thickness measuring devices require an accurate calculation of an Ex function.
